All products carry a 1 year, 100% guarantee -  *subject to appropriate use.

 

Customer satisfaction is an important part of the our service, so if you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products you may request a return/refund according to the following criteria:

All return requests must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of product and goods must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. The returned products may be replaced, refunded or credited.  

Unfortunately, freight charges on returns are not refundable. Also, freight will be charged when sending any replacement products.

 Postage & Delivery

All orders will be subject to a delivery charge, unless otherwise stated.

Postage charges are calculated according to wieght of combined products + location.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. 

Depending on your location delivery times will be subject to normal Australia Post schedules.

 Stock Availability

Not all items are continually stocked by inhouse, at our central warehouse, therefore some items will be ordered from our supplier once you place your order with us. It can take anywhere from 7 -28 days to receive most items, stock levels permitting, as some suppliers are located overseas.  In this case we ask that you allow anywehere up to 28 days for you to receive your order, in most cases delivery is made before then and we are always dependant on Australia post shipping times (both locally and Internationally).

 

 What happens when items are out of stock?

Should an item be out of stock we will notify you via the email address you provide in your order.  In most cases we will be able to offer either a replacement, refund or you are welcome to wait for the product to arrice in stock.  The out of stock product will be shipped to you as soon as it is available, FREE of additional shipping costs.
