Each letter is personalised and written specifically for your child including their name, names of friends, family & pets and important events that may have happened throughout the year. Each child’s letter will also include something small from Santa. Our letters are not from the same template and always provide a personal touch to each and every letter we produce.

Who are we?
I’m an Aussie Mum who wants to keep the Christmas spirit alive while also showing the world that there is another side to Christmas here in Australia.
My name is Jodie Sparke and I have two kids who love Christmas.
I have fond memories of my own Santa letters that I wrote and received when I was growing up and want to continue those wonderful traditions with not only my own kids but with other Australian children as well.
Are your transactions secure?

Will my details be given to anyone else?
No, No and No! We respect your privacy and the privacy of the recipient. We guarantee that in no way will we share yours or your recipient’s details with a third party at anytime.
How long does it take for my letter to arrive?
Each letter is sent through normal Australia Post delivery so we allow upto 7 -10 days for delivery depending on where you live. If your letter hasn’t arrived by this time please contact us and we will reissue the letter immediately.
If I order more than one letter will they arrive in the one envelope?
No. Each recipient receives their letter only in their envelope – it wouldn’t be much fun otherwise!
